A graduate of Boston University, he brings deep expertise in business transformation, marketing strategy, and luxury property development.
Over the past 15 years, Allan has focused on high-end real estate, guiding companies and projects within the ultra-luxury design and build sector. His leadership connects strategic foresight with creative execution, ensuring API’s projects achieve excellence in quality, and brand distinction.

With over 45 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Steven Palmer is among the most accomplished project directors in high-end interior contracting and VVIP palace fit-outs. A member of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK) since 1977, he brings unmatched technical and managerial depth to every project.
Steven has delivered over two dozen landmark palaces and residences for the ruling families of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, spanning Abu Dhabi, Morocco, France, the UK, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and the Seychelles under the Department of Presidential Affairs (DOPA). His expertise covers full turnkey execution, quality assurance, logistics, and marble procurement, having personally selected materials in Italy for prestigious projects over the past 16 years.
Beyond these commissions, his work includes luxury hospitality, commercial, and institutional developments such as the Sheraton Hotel in Yemen, Microsoft HQ in the UK, Canary Wharf projects, and several cruise ships built in Finland. Fluent in English and Italian, and conversant in French, Arabic, Spanish, and Hindi/Urdu, Steven combines technical rigor, cultural fluency, and leadership excellence—qualities that continue to define his role with API in delivering elite residences and bespoke interiors across the GCC
With 19 years of international experience in MEP engineering and project delivery, Nazar Eltinay leads the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing division at API with a focus on innovation, precision, and integrated design-build performance.
His career spans complex projects across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Canada, and the U.S., working with organizations such as A.W. Hooker (Toronto), Environmental Systems Design (Chicago), Aldar Properties (UAE), and Qatari Diar (Qatar). Nazar specializes in design management, cost consultancy, sustainability compliance, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring that engineering systems complement API’s refined architectural and interior standards.
A PMP and LEED Accredited Professional, Nazar holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and certifications in Construction Project Management and Quantity Surveying from George Brown College, Toronto. His leadership ensures API’s projects achieve both technical excellence and design harmony, delivering comfort, performance, and luxury in equal measure.
A RIBA Chartered Architect and graduate of the University of Southern California, Mohamed Elgadi brings over 30 years of global experience in architecture and real estate development. His portfolio includes residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects across the Middle East, North America, and Africa.
